A WANNABE surgeon who performed penis enlargements on customers and left them with ghastly infections has been arrested.
Kittikorn Songsri, 36, from Bangkok, Thailand, carried out hundreds of botched surgeries for 20 years.
He lured clients through Facebook and reportedly used filler injections and implants on his patients, who he charged up to £450 a pop, according to local media.
Cops were only alerted to Kittikorn’s dodgy clinic once a client reported him after a round of silicone injections left him with a “severe infection”.
The man claimed his penis was so affected after the procedure that he couldn’t sustain an erection.
Police raided the premises where Kittikorn operated on his patients and he admitted that he had no medical license.
Instead, he revealed that he left school as a teen and taught himself how to do implants at the age of 14.
Thai officials arranged for an undercover cop to pose as a prospective client in a bid to catch the quack doctor, reports Thai News.
The officer used Facebook to ask about the penis enlargement on offer before a team of cops raided the faux-clinic and detained him.
They found signs indicating that Kittikorn was not a qualfied doctor – including operating equipment that didn’t fit medical hygiene standards, reports The Bangkok Post.
Kittikorn told police that he had between two and three customers monthly and charged them anywhere within a range of £110 and £450 per op.
He said his first introduction to the industry was through pearl implants and spent years working on his technique.
He was charged for running an unauthorised medical clinic as well as practising without a license.
Kittikorn is currently in custody and awaiting trial.
In January, a man in Turkey revealed he was suing his doctor after a penis enlargement surgery left him smaller than before.
Ilter Turkmen, from Tekirdağ, turned to Dr Haluk Soylemez to boost his 4.7in todger.
But he claims instead of increasing its length by up to 2in as promised, the operation shrank it down to just 4.3in.
