Tom Brady has moved on from his playing career and is now an analyst. However, the arguably greatest football player of all time was also seeking ownership of a team, and Brady placed a bid to buy a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders in March 2023.
Despite Brady hoping for a fast process, the league was concerned with the Patriots legend being a part owner of a team and also being an analyst on TV. The bid for Brady to purchase stake in the Raiders hit a snag in Oct 2023. Essentially, Brady would have to wait a year for his bid to be approved by NFL owners during their fall owner’s meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
That is exactly what happened, as Brady is now an official part owner of the Raiders.
