TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans has submitted photos of her stocked fridge, including a massive vodka bottle, to court as she fights for full custody of her daughter, Ensley.
In court documents, exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Jenelle introduced a massive file containing 42 photos in her bid for full custody of her youngest daughter, Ensley, 8, in her messy divorce from her estranged husband David Eason, 36.
The first half of the photos show various images of the former Teen Mom 2 star’s home in North Carolina, with the first image showing an exterior of the house, and the second, a fully-packed fridge.
Among the notable items in the refrigerator and freezer is a large bottle of what appears to be a vodka bottle, Pedialyte, Sunkist soda, ice cream and ice pops.
Back in August, her manager-turned-boyfriend called 911 on her and claimed to the dispatcher that Jenelle had up t 12 drinks that day.
Other images that Jenelle entered into the court record show off a pristine homestead, with rooms freshly cleaned, as evidenced in one image of a cleaning solution bottle still out on a counter.
In other pics, Jenelle shows off a tidy yard, including children’s play sets, her self-titled “she-shed” and her pool.
There are also photos of a girl’s bedroom and a boy’s bedroom, which look freshly cleaned, though The U.S. Sun is not sharing those for privacy reasons.
The home photos are a far cry from the social media glimpses fans have called her out for in the past.
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, her ex David Eason, sent his ex, Whitney Rich, photos of his and Jenelle’s filthy bedroom.
Notably, Jenelle did not share any images from inside her North Carolina bedroom with the court.
The shots of the fridge shared with the court are also a world away from images she shared to social media in 2021
Jenelle was slammed by fans for her bare fridge, which seemed to hold no food for her three kids.
HAPPY FAMILY?
In other images, the Teen Mom 2 star showed off her smiling children at her home in North Carolina, her rental in Las Vegas, as well as at various events and outings.
One shot shows her three children, Jace, 15, Kaiser, 10 and Ensley at a Battlebots event in Las Vegas, where they went for her middle son’s birthday this year.
In another image shared with the court, Jenelle, her daughter Ensley, and their small pomeranian dog pose at what looks like an airport.
In yet another, the MTV star’s three children hang out in front of what appears to be a battleship.
In another, she and her two youngest children smile at what appears to be a lake getaway.
All the images she submitted to the court look like they have been taken after her split from David in February of 2024.
The photos were included in a larger filing, which also included the mom-of-three’s various streams of income and a contentious exchange with her ex, who accused her of caring more about “penis” than about her own family.
As The U.S. Sun previously revealed, the former couple engaged in a nasty exchange in which he begged to speak with their daughter, the Teen Mom star accused him of stealing her middle son’s VR headset and David accused her of only caring about men.
During the exchange on March 9 specifically, while David was trying to get Jenelle to allow him to speak with their daughter, he got aggravated at his ex for saying she was too busy to let the child use her phone.
David hit out and responded she was probably “getting some good penis.”
Then, when Jenelle responded that instead, David could talk to Ensley in the morning, he replied: “Oh, I’m sure anything is more important to you, especially penis.”
Jenelle and David’s relationship timeline
The tumultuous pair have had their fair share of falling outs
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans met David Eason on Tinder in September of 2015.
Jenelle got pregnant in April 2016 and announced she suffered a miscarriage, then she became pregnant again with her and David’s daughter, Ensley, a few months later.
The pair got engaged in February 2017 and tied the knot that September.
A year after saying “I do,” Jenelle called 911 and accused David of assaulting her outside their home. She would later call the incident “a drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” and said she was “fine.”
In around May 2019, David shot and killed their French bulldog puppy named Nugget. Weeks after the incident, CPS took custody of all of the children, including their daughter, Ensley, Jenelle’s son, Kaiser, and David’s daughter, Maryssa.
When her children were returned to her, Jenelle fled to Tennessee with Kaiser and Ensley and filed an order of protection against David in October. She ultimately dropped the case and went back to him.
In the following years, the couple sparked split rumors as the pair would often unfollow each other on social media and update their Facebook relationship statuses.
As The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, on February 23, 2024, Jenelle filed for separation from David. She stated that she filed the documents with “the intent that the separation be permanent” and claimed that Eason had “exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards [her]” throughout their marriage.
When the Teen Mom: Next Chapter star told her ex to leave her alone, David replied with a string of curses.
As The U.S. Sun reported last week, in another portion of the filing, Jenelle submitted several pieces of evidence that included her earnings statements that showed $44,000 dollars in income over the course of just a month.
The mom-of-three filed for divorce from her ex half a year after he was accused of strangling her teenage son in an incident in September of 2023.
This past summer, Jenelle moved herself and her three children across the country from North Carolina to Las Vegas to live near her manger turned boyfriend, August Keen, whose real name is Daniel Miranda.
Over the summer, the Teen Mom 2 star was awarded temporary sole custody of her daughter, Ensley.
Jenelle, the family breadwinner, has also asked the court to distribute assets in her favor.
She also wants the court to grant her their maritial home.
Jenelle alleged to the court in her complaint that her ex has “made several statements that plaintiff cannot keep him from ‘his’ home.”
Jenelle told the court that she needed the house for the “sole use enjoyment and possession of the property for the benefit of plaintiff and the minor children.”
She asked that the house be sequestered for her use.
