SISTER Wives stars Kody and Robyn Brown have paid off a $130,000 loan after buying a $2.1 million Arizona mansion as he’s fighting his ex-wife Christine in court over child support for their teen daughter.
Kody, 55, and Robyn, 46, sold their Flagstaff, Arizona house for $1,775,000 after accepting a full cash offer on November 4.
The U.S. Sun reported in 2021 that the couple was approved for an urgent home loan on the abode, which they purchased for $890,000 in August 2019, as the documents read “time is of the essence.”
According to the Home Equity Line of Credit Deed of Trust filed on November 30, 2021, Kody and Robyn were given a loan for $130,000 by Alaska USA Federal Credit Union.
Now, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the loan has been paid in full.
According to the Deed of Release and Full Reconveyance obtained by The U.S. Sun, the amount has “been fully paid” as of November 15, 2024.

Paying off the debt comes after Kody and Robyn, who share five children together, purchased a stunning six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona for $2,100,000 on October 24.
In the Deed of Trust exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Kody and Robyn took out a loan for $1,680,000, which is 20 percent of the purchase price.
They put a down payment of $420,000.
The couple, who have five children together, are required to pay the debt in monthly installments by November 1, 2054.
The home will be their primary residence, according to the documents.
HOME SWEET HOME
A real estate description for the new home reads, “Welcome to this magnificent and spacious estate that provides a unique opportunity to own a luxurious and versatile move-in ready property that boasts significant upgrades, many of which can be controlled from a smartphone.”
The 7,784-square-foot home boasts a guest house, a detached RV garage with a workshop area, and space for seven cars.
“Located in a heavily treed area with views of Mt Elden, the current property setting harmoniously blends natural beauty, privacy and convenience,” the listing continued.
EXES AT WAR
Kody sorting his debt comes as he’s in a nasty custody battle with his ex-wife Christine, 52.
Christine sued Kody for child support and custody of their 14-year-old daughter, Truley.
Christine requested that the court establish the paternity of Truley because Kody isn’t listed on the birth certificate.
Kody hired a Utah-based lawyer and responded to the lawsuit in October, according to the court docket.
The case is currently sealed from public view.
A lawyer for Kody did not immediately respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
FAMILY BREAKDOWN
Kody has separated from three of his four wives in recent years.
Christine announced her split from Kody in November 2021.
She moved to Utah with Truely and announced her engagement to David Woolley in April after just months of dating.
The couple married in October 2023.
Christine expressed her unhappiness in the marriage with Kody on Sister Wives.
A main issue in their marriage is that he spent the majority of his time at Robyn’s home with their five children.
Then, Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.
Janelle, 55, said on the special, “Kody and I have separated and I’m happy, really happy.
“I don’t know, things just really became sort of indifferent, like I just didn’t care anymore.
“I’ve kind of mourned that that part of our life is gone. I wasn’t heartbroken. It wasn’t heartbreaking for me like it was for Christine.
“It was just kind of like, I just mourned that that life was gone… We had this great run.”
On the series, the couple also fought over Kody living primarily with Robyn, as well as his feud with their sons.
Meri, 53, announcing her split from Kody then followed, as they had been having marital troubles for years.
Season 19 of Sister Wives airs on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
