Fox NFL Sunday featured the usual crew with analysts Terry Bradshaw, Michael Strahan, Howie Long, Johnson, and host Curt Menefee.

Johnson came back to appear on the program after missing last week’s show.

But there was no sign of Gronkowski, who worked in the Week 8 edition of Fox NFL Sunday.

Fans revealed their concerns about the New England Patriots icon’s status on the show.

“Where’s Gronk?” one asked.

“Missing Gronkowski on the show. Hope he’s okay,” another said.

Still, it was understandable that Gronkowski didn’t appear on Sunday’s program.

After being a full-time analyst on Fox NFL Sunday for the last two years, Gronk agreed to a new role for Fox.

He will now appear across Fox’s gameday programming.

As such, Gronk will be a contributor to Fox NFL Sunday rather than a regular feature.

The 35-year-old will also be a contributor for Fox NFL Kickoff, which takes place at 11 am Eastern and is hosted by Charissa Thompson.

Gronkowski did appear in last week’s edition of Fox NFL Sunday.

The show happened to take place on National Tight Ends’ Day, and the former tight end wasn’t afraid to display his love for the NFL’s annual day to celebrate the game’s tight end position.

“It’s National Tight End Day, so happy birthday to all you tight ends out there,” Gronkowski said.

“You guys are the best. We’re all fun, we’re all loving, we’re all charming.”

For Week 10, Fox NFL Sunday will be heading to San Diego for its annual episode at a military base.

The show is usually in the Los Angeles studios as the program will be with members of the US Armed Forces.

“Each and every year on Veteran’s Day weekend we have one of our favorite traditions,” Menefee said.

“Taking our show on the road to a military installation to share just a little bit of fun.

Fans could be in luck when it comes to Gronkowski appearing on the show.

Menefee teased that Gronkowski could work the special episode.

Last year, Gronk jumped out of a place with the Air Force and he could perform a similar stunt this year.
