PALESTINIANS from a refugee camp have begged Israel to take over Gaza — and blamed Hamas “terrorists” for their hell.
Thousands flooded out of the settlement after more than a year of bloodshed sparked by the terror group’s October 7 attack.
And in once unthinkable scenes captured on film, the majority of the Palestinians vented a loathing for their brutal Islamist rulers, who have run Gaza since 2007.
Women weeping with anger were the most vocal among the bedraggled throng — with some openly saluting Israeli forces who killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.
One cried out: “May God take his revenge on you, Sinwar. May God burn you in your grave.”
Signs of a collapse in support for Hamas emerged despite claims Israel’s brutal revenge has killed 44,000 people in 13 months.
Palestinians caught between the terrorists and Israeli forces spoke out as they were filmed leaving a camp in Jabilia last week by Israel’s Channel 12 TV news.
Sources inside Gaza have since confirmed the backlash is real.
Scenes captured on film by a TV reporter allowed in with Israel Defence Forces showed the plight of refugees.
One woman shouted at the Israeli crew as she left the camp: “Damned Hamas government. Hamas terrorist government!
“Please wipe Hamas off the face of the Earth. We’re with you!”
Another woman said: “If I see a Hamas terrorist, I’ll rip him to shreds! They took my son.”
And a mother exclaimed: “May God take revenge on those who uprooted us and killed us in our homes. Hamas killed us.”
Israeli analyst Mordechai Kedar said: “When it will be really meaningful is when they start fighting Hamas.”
