NFL fans think the Dallas Cowboys might be in trouble.
Cowboys stars CeeDee Lamb and Micah Parsons seemingly didn’t like owner Jerry Jones’s comments about contract negotiations with the team’s star wide receiver.
Jones suggested Thursday that extending Lamb’s deal isn’t a priority for the franchise.
“I don’t have any urgency to get it done,” the Cowboys owner said of the talks, per The Athletic’s Jon Machota.
Lamb shared a post featuring Jones’ remark on his X profile, adding a caption that read, “Lol.”
Parsons passed it on soon after in what appeared to be a message of support for the frustrated wide receiver.
Their reaction didn’t go unnoticed among NFL fans.
“THEY’RE BOTH GONE,” one commented.
“Oh s**t Cowboys downfall and I’m right here,” another added.
“Cowboys downfall coming soon,” a third said.
