Isabella Strahan has officially been cancer free since July, and she just shared another hair growth update with her followers.
The 20 year-old posted a video of herself on TikTok on Thursday, November 14. In the caption Isabella wrote “7 months ago vs now #slay #cancer #survivor,” referring to the visible physical transformation her body went through – specifically on her head – since the beginning of her cancer treatment to now.
In the clip, which is set to the song “We Can’t Be Friends” by Ariana Grande, Isabella can be seen mouthing the words of the song with a noticeably bald head before it cuts to a different – and more current clip – of her with grown-in hair on her head as she continues the lyrics of the song.

Some of her followers took to the comments section of the post to share their reaction to the video.
“So genuinely happy for you.. continue to get stronger and better each day 🙏,” wrote one fan while a second pointed out “the fact she was smiling all the way through is so amazing .” A third fan wrote, “Beautiful both ways. Cheering for you!”
Isabella talked about her battle with cancer and her recovery in an interview with Town & Country, published on October 29, where she told the publication, “I feel like I’ve grown in many ways, I’m super-grateful for walking and talking again. You don’t think of the things you can do until you live without them.”
The hair growth update comes one year after Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma – a malignant brain tumor – in October 2023. The diagnosis forced her to leave the University of Southern California only a few months into her freshman year. Isabella has since undergone one initial emergency surgery, six weeks of radiation, four rounds of chemotherapy, as well as three other brain surgeries.
On July 18, Isabella announced that she was cancer free after months of treatment via a video on her YouTube channel where she told her viewers, “Everything was clear. Cancer-free. And everything is great.”
