KANYE West’s ex-assistant, who accused the rapper of sexual assault in a disturbing lawsuit, has been spotted relaxing at a Florida beach after months of laying low.
Pictures exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun captured Lauren Pisciotta walking along Miami sands in a black bikini as she fights a court battle against the controversy-ridden artist.
She chilled out with a friend after attending the international art fair Art Basel, which is held near Miami Beach, from December 6 to December 8.
Photos of the relaxing vacation showed Pisciotta hanging out with other beachgoers and walking through crowds of seagulls as she caught some sun.
Pisciotta, a former OnlyFans model, has been keeping to herself since she accused the Heartless singer of wrongful termination of her employment, sexual harassment, and fraud.
She first filed the suit in June before updating it in October with 86 pages of bombshell claims.
Pisciotta said she first started working with West for his fashion brand Yeezy in 2015 and joined his team as an assistant in 2021.
The glam aide rose through the ranks and was eventually paid a massive $1 million per year to assist West all day as his chief of staff.
While the gig sounded good on paper, behind the scenes, Pisciotta claims she suffered gross abuse and embarrassing sexual treatment at his hands, according to the suit.
Pisciotta claims she was “roofied” with a drink given to her by West, 47, that was laced with an unidentified drug.
The following day, she woke up feeling ill, confused, and embarrassed she couldn’t remember anything about the night before, but she never got answers on what happened.
Later on, West “reminisced” on the night and said, “We did kind of hook up one time,” but Pisciotta had no recollection of the suit claims.
West would also allegedly masturbate as he talked on the phone with her and asked her to coordinate perverse orgies with sex workers, the lawsuit says.
He allegedly told her his sexual fantasies and explicitly described his disgusting forays over text messages.
One morning, West barged into her hotel room at 6 am and begged to use her shower. After she let him in, he stripped off his clothes and shoved his genitals in her face as she begged him to stop.
Eventually, he said “sorry” and dashed out of the room as Pisciotta was left in shock, the suit claims.
West demanded Pisciotta to delete her OnlyFans and said he would pay her a massive $1 million check to do so.
She erased her account, but never received the money, she claims in the suit.
Pisciotta’s dark years of employment came to an abrupt end after she allegedly refused to have sex with her boss.
Since filing the sick allegations, West’s lawyers have vehemently defended their client and claimed Pisciotta was actually the aggressor, Rolling Stone reported.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta said she was owed $3 million in severance and an additional $1 million for deleting her OnlyFans.
However, West’s lawyers claimed she was fired for being “unqualified” and “demanding unreasonable sums of money.”
They allege she sent the rapper lewd pictures without his consent and tried to use them against him later as blackmail.
West’s spokesperson previously said: “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.”
No record of a countersuit has been reported yet.
HARROWING CLAIMS
Pisciotta’s disturbing claims matched up with those of other former employees who are suing the Flashing Lights rapper.
In November, America’s Next Top Model star Jenn An filed a federal lawsuit claiming she was assaulted on a “porn-like” music video set in 2010.
She alleged that West smothered her face on set before ramming fingers down her throat to emulate forced oral sex, Rolling Stone reported.
The U.S. Sun reached out to West for comment on that suit, but no one responded.
Pisciotta also claimed West turned his office into a “sexual playground” in court filings submitted in October.
Plus, West’s wife Bianca Censori allegedly took part in the rapper’s heartless treatment of Pisciotta, a court filing seen by The U.S. Sun claims.
