CINCINNATI Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow has been hit with two injury concerns with the team’s playoff chances hanging on a thread.
The injury to Burrow comes as the Bengals sit at 6-8 on the season and need to win their three remaining games as well as help from other teams to earn a playoff spot.

The Bengals revealed on Wednesday that Burrow was listed as a limited participant in practice on that day.
The reason? The 28-year-old suffered injuries in his right wrist and knee.
It’s not known exactly when or how Burrow hurt himself as he seemed to be non-injured in Sunday’s win over the Tennessee Titans.
Burrow completed 26 of 37 pass attempts for 271 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions while also losing a fumble in the 37-27 road victory.
His injuries have occurred as ESPN has given the Bengals a six percent chance of making the playoffs.
Burrow has had a busy month as his $7.8 million house was burglarized by thieves while he was playing against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football in Week 14.
And attention also shifted to his romantic life as TMZ reported that Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Olivia Ponton called the police after the robbery at the Anderson Township, Ohio mansion.
The 22-year-old Ponton’s presence at Burrow’s residence turned heads as the NFL Pro Bowler had been dating his long-time girlfriend Olivia Holzmacher dating back to their college days.
However, it appears that Burrow and Holzmacher are no longer a couple as People reported that Burrow has been “hooking up” with Ponton months before the burglary took place.
During a press conference last week, Burrow opened up about the burglary and shared that he didn’t appreciate the details that were made public following the situation.
“So obviously everybody has heard what has happened,” Burrow told reporters.
“I feel like my privacy has been violated in more ways than one.
“And way more is already out there than I would want out there and that I care to share, so that’s all I got to say about that.”
Burrow met his ex-girlfriend Holzmacher during their college days at Ohio State.
She was by his side during his last two years in college and the first six-and-a-half years of his NFL career, including when he made a Super Bowl appearance in 2022.
Burrow bought his luxury house when he was still dating Holzmacher in 2023.
The home robbery comes after the NFL issued a security alert to teams and the players’ union following recent burglaries.
Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce both had their residances broken into while they played games.
The league’s memo warned that the home of professional athletes in the sports world has become “increasingly targeted for burglaries by organized and skilled groups.”
Burrow will hope to be healthy enough to play in the Bengals’ divisional matchup versus the Cleveland Browns in Week 16.
