HEAD Coach Jim Harbaugh left the Los Angeles Chargers sideline during a game Sunday.

Harbaugh, 60, rushed to the locker room during the first quarter in the Chargers’ Week 6 clash withe the Denver Broncos.

The Chargers took on their AFC West rivals in Denver, Colorado.

Harbaugh emerged with the team as normal ahead of the Sunday afternoon kickoff.

But CBS cameras captured the coach headed into the blue medical tent right before kickoff.

He then left the sideline and went to the locker room midway through the first quarter.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter issued an update from the team.

“HC Jim Harbaugh is questionable to return today due to what the team is calling an illness,” Schefter said.

“Defensive coordinator Jesse Minter is serving as interim head coach.”

Schefter later tweeted that Harbaugh returned to the sideline after the scare with the game still in the first quarter.
