Two-time title challenger Jesse Hart will return to defend his home turf against Ricardo “Tyson” Luna in an eight-round light heavyweight bout on November 22 at the Liacouras Center on the University of Temple campus in Philadelphia.
The card includes fighters from the city, as well as around Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Hart, 31-3 (25 KOs), a Philadelphia native ranked No. 3 by the WBO, is riding a five-fight win streak – including four straight knockouts. Luna, 27-12-2 (17 KOs), of Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl, Mexico, is a former regional titleholder.
Additionally, welterweight Arnold Gonzalez, 15-1 (7 KOs), will face Florent Dervis, 10-2 (5 KOs), in an eight-round catchweight bout. Jibril Noble, 6-0 (5 KOs), will take on Naheem Parker, 5-1 (2 KOs), in a six-round lightweight contest. Cruiserweight Muhsin Cason, 12-0 (9 KOs) will aim to extend his unbeaten record under the guidance of his brother, former heavyweight champ Hasim Rahman.
Also on the card will be Thanjhae Teasley, 11-0 (5 KOs), in a six-round welterweight fight, and Jaclyne McTamney, 2-0 (1 KO), who will face Ayeshia Green in a four-round featherweight match.
