JAY-Z is facing fresh accusations that he lied and bribed judges for over a decade to get out of taking a paternity test for a young man who claims he is the rapper’s illegitimate son.
Rymir Satterthwaite, 31, has long believed Jay-Z is his biological father, who impregnated his mother when she was aged just 16 – a claim the rapper has always denied.
Now, he has filed a new lawsuit against the New Jersey court system and a slew of judges alleging they “conspired” with the rapper for over a decade to have cases relating to his paternity, inheritance, and abuse of court processes dismissed.
In the court papers filed in New Jersey by Rymir and his godmother Lillie Coley, the pair allege that Jay-Z lied in court that he had no property in New Jersey; therefore, the court had no jurisdiction over him – even though they had property deeds and tax records with his name on.
It comes just days after Jay-Z – real name Shawn Carter – was accused in a separate lawsuit of raping a 13-year-old girl alongside former pal Sean “Diddy” Combs.
That suit accuses Carter, 55, of sexually assaulting the unidentified teen at an MTV VMA after-party in 2000.
Carter has denied all of the allegations against him – calling it a “blackmail attempt”.
While Carter is not listed as a defendant in this new court filing, he is mentioned several times and has been battling Rymir, Lillie, and Rymir’s now-deceased mom, Wanda, since 2010.
The filing states that six separate judges “conspired with party Carter who continued to misrepresent …that he did not have property in New Jersey.”
Rymir and Lillie have filed several lawsuits against Carter since Rymir’s mom first filed a paternity test request back in 2010, but they claim the rapper abused the court system, causing their cases to be dismissed or denied.
After complaining about the “injustices” he faced throughout his case to local authorities in Camden County, NJ, in 2017, Rymir alleges in the lawsuit that his car was “shot at by unknown individuals.”
Both Rymir and Lillie state that they also had “unknown individuals follow them within the community” and drive onto their lawn “at 4am in the morning,” activities which they allege were orchestrated by Carter’s team, according to the court filing.
In 2022, they were ordered to pay just under $15,000 in legal fees to Jay-Z, which resulted in what they describe in the latest court filing as “illegal liens” to be placed on their New Jersey home.
They were unaware of the the liens on the property until Lillie tried to sell her home in December 2023, and the sale was stopped.
They allege in the court papers they have lost over $100,000 due to the case – and are still having money taken from them by Carter.
The court papers state that between May and August of this year, the title company of their home “began to pay illegal lien payments to attorneys on behalf of their client Shawn Carter … when it was known these liens were derived from fraud on multiple levels.”
They claim the courts “disregarded” their evidence, which demonstrated that Carter was “committing fraud upon the court and yet opted to participate in the fraud with the defendants and deprived Plaintiffs’ property by sanctioning them and violating Plaintiffs’ constitutional rights.”
The pair are suing the court system and the judges and are seeking damages for emotional distress, arguing that they have lost more than $100,000 in “wholly unnecessary” litigation.
They claim the defendants “blocked” their “constitutional rights” and “prevented a young man who was seeking closure of his paternity from being able to receive that peace of mind,” the court filing reads.
They claimed that the “fraudulent orders must be voided” since Carter and his lawyer “continue to use them to obtain money when these orders have no legal authority.”
They have asked for damages and for the case to be tried by a jury.
‘HELD ACCOUNTABLE’
In a statement to The U.S. Sun, Rymir said he simply wants “the judges in this case to be held accountable for actions over the years”.
Rymir has previously told The Sun he wants nothing from Jay Z except the “truth.”
Back in an interview in 2018, he said: “I don’t want money or anything like that from Jay-Z.
“I just want him to finally tell the truth to the world.”
He added: “If you are telling the truth then why is your first answer whenever you’re asked to take a paternity test ‘no’?
“Also, I want a fair due process in court regardless of who my father is or how rich he is.”
Rymir’s mother said she had unprotected sex with Jay-Z – then known as “Rock” – when she was aged 16, in Brooklyn, NY, after he picked her up in Philadelphia, PA, in 1992.
“I don’t want money or anything like that from Jay-Z…I just want him to finally tell the truth to the world.

Wanda’s on-off boyfriend, Robert Graves, was originally listed on the birth certificate until he was legally removed in 2011 after a DNA test proved he was not the father.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to representatives for Carter and the office of the New Jersey judicial system for comment.
The rapper showed a united front following the rape allegations turning up to a Hollywood movie premiere with his wife, Beyonce, their daughter Blue Ivy and mother-in-law Tina Knowles.

“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a “lawyer”… What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!
These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?
These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.
This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!
I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. [X], but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over. I’m more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.
My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.
My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.
You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.
I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”
He was pictured at the premiere of Disney’s “Mufasa: The Lion King” – in which Blue Ivy, 12, voices the character of Kiara in Los Angeles on Monday, a day after the lawsuit was filed.
In the suit, an unidentified Jane Doe alleges she was given a drink that made her feel “woozy” before she was pinned down by Carter and raped as Diddy looked on.
He then allegedly stepped back so Diddy could take a turn raping the girl.
Carter has vehemently denied the claims and said he was “heartbroken” for his family, revealing how he will have to explain the allegations to his three children.
The claims form part of a federal lawsuit filed against Combs, 55, in New York in October, but it was refiled on Sunday to further implicate Carter.
Diddy is currently being held in jail in New York as he awaits a trial next May on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
