FAST food giants In-N-Out have confirmed a brand new restaurant is set to open in a prime location – with it set to be their largest one ever.

The iconic burger joint is heading to Las Vegas in 2026 with remarkable plans already underway to put the 8,000 square foot diner directly on the strip.

In-N-Out revealed the supersized restaurant is set to be opening up inside the mega BLVD shopping complex.

It is expected to be sat on the third floor and not only feature the giant restaurant but also a 2,500 square foot patio.

This takes it to a whopping 10,500 square foot in size – making it the world’s largest In-N-Out, say sources.

Developers are hoping to keep the legendary retro vibe of the popular chain that is consistent throughout the US.

Initial plans show a huge In-N-Out Burger sign illuminated with the legendary yellow arrow on top.

It will also feature the red and white classic diner colour pattern inside as well as featuring old school images on the walls.

The majority of the walls will be glass to help foodies take in the pretty lights and unbelievable sights of the Las Vegas strip.

Posting on their official X account, In-N-Out said: “It’s officially official. In-N-Out is thrilled to announce that the largest In-N-Out burger will arrive in Las Vegas on the strip.

“This restaurant will be over 8,000 square feet on one level and will offer dining room service and outdoor seating.

“This dining room will be much larger than your typical In-N-Out, but it will still maintain the In-N-Out signature retro appearance.”

There are already a number of In-N-Out stores in Las Vegas including one very close to the strip already.

This restaurant, which sits at the LINQ near the High Roller observation wheel, is expected to remain open and serving customers for years to come.

Mike Abbate, In-N-Out’s vice president of store development, told SFGate the restaurant is still in the “plan check process” phase.

It is expected to be opened up sometime in 2026.

Many In-N-Out lovers were thrilled by the opening announcement.

One said: “In N Out is the best fast food joint in America. No contest in my book. Now I have a reason to visit Vegas!”

A second gleefully wrote online: “Finally a good reason to go back to Vegas.”

Not all fans were left pleased by the news, however, with many saying opening up a store on the strip will be a parking and traffic nightmare.

One person took to social media to say: “Parking will probably cost more than your order.”

As another wrote: “Don’t even bother with a drive thru, the traffic is already terrible on the strip lol.”

In-N-Out Burger has over 380 locations in America with them mostly being in California and the Southwest.

The first one was opened up in 1948 in Baldwin Park, California.

Within 40 years an impressive 50 restaurants were created in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties.

Then in 1992, In-N-Out made a move to venture outside of California when a Nevada restaurant was opened up.

Arizona, Utah, Texas and Oregon then all managed to have an In-N-Out before Colorado followed suit in 2020.

US STORE CLOSURES

It comes as fellow fast food joint Wendy’s has been forced to abruptly close down two locations in the same state.

Ohio customers found the Wendy’s locations in Miami and Beavercreek with a paper sign in the window that read, “This location is permanently closed.”

They weren’t entirely unexpected, as Wendy’s confirmed at the end of October that it would shut 140 “poor performing” and “outdated” locations across the country by the end of the year.
