Freddie Prinze Jr. Reveals The Secret To His Long Relationship w/ Sarah Michelle Gellar (Exclusive)
Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar don’t think certain aspects of fame are all that.
Which is why the couple—who celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary in September—have chosen to keep their lives out of the spotlight as much as possible. And according to Freddie, it’s something he does think celebrities can control “to a certain degree.”
“I don’t know how deliberate they are in trying to avoid that BS,” Freddie explained on the Nov. 4 episode of Brian Austin Green‘s Oldish podcast. “I know how easy it’s been for us ‘cause I don’t go anywhere.”
According to Freddie, for him and Sarah—who are parents to daughter Charlotte, 15, and son Rocky, 12—maintaining that level of privacy is incredibly important.
“People don’t see Sarah and I out and about at the popular places,” the 48-year-old continued. “We have our restaurants that we like, and they’re not super trendy in places where paparazzi hang out. So we’re good at avoiding it.”
