A HOLLYWOOD actress was barely recognizable when she was spotted on camera at a baseball game.
Scarlett Johansson attended Game 4 of the NLCS between the New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers.
The 39-year-old was seen with her husband, SNL star Colin Jost, in a private suite for the MLB game at Citi Field.
Johansson was seen on the FS1 broadcast rocking glasses and a hat that said “THE MET”, in reference to The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The hat poked fun at the fact she doesn’t have an allegiance with the Mets and that the New York native is a Yankees fan.
The Staten Island native Jost, however, wore a Mets hat.
Fans reacted to Johnsson’s appearance, with some not recognizing her, due to her not wearing makeup or lipstick, and others in hysterics over her headwear choice.
“Is that her?” one asked.
“Scarlett Johansson at the #LADvsNYM game with Colin Jost wearing a hat that says ‘The Met’ on it actually deserves an Emmy,” another commented.
“Scarlett Johansson wearing a met museum hat is absolutely genius and hilarious i love her,” a third wrote.
“Iconic,” a fourth added about her hat.
Johannson grew up idolizing Yankees legend Derek Jeter and said that she “used to keep his rookie card in my wallet.”
In 2021, she spoke to Parade and opened up about her and Jost’s New York baseball rivalry.
“It’s a sore subject,” Johannson told the publication.
“He just told me that he’d rather see the [Boston] Red Sox win than the Yankees win.
“Like, what?! I said I was just going to ignore that.”
Unfortunately for Jost, the Mets lost 10-2 to the Dodgers, who took a 3-1 series lead following the game.
The Dodgers lost Game 5 but traveled to Los Angeles and won Game 6 to advance to the World Series.
Fortunately for Johannson, the Yankees beat the Guardians in Game 5 on Saturday night and will be in the World Series.
There will be no Subway Series for the Hollywood couple.
The two MLB teams have played each other just once on the big stage, as the Yankees beat the Mets in 5 games in 2000.
It was the Yankees’ third title win in a row.
The Dodgers and the Yankees will face each other in the World Series for the first time since 1981, as the latter team is 8-3 against LA in WS meetings.
