One topic that surfaced was today’s NFL quarterbacks. On stage with ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith, he ranked his current top-five quarterback list, and he went with Kansas City Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes, Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Burrow, Los Angeles Chargers’ Justin Herbert, Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson, and Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen.

Manning praised every single one of the quarterbacks he chose for his top five on stage in front of fans. Everyone has a different top-five quarterbacks list, and while many may not agree with his five, these guys are worthy of being on anyone’s list.

By far, the best quarterback on the list is Mahomes. The three-time Super Bowl champion will seek his fourth in 2024. He already has a Hall of Fame resume, and he is just getting started.

Burrow has been riddled with injuries for half of his career; nonetheless, there is no denying his overall talent and composure. He’s already led the Bengals to a Super Bowl appearance. As long as he is healthy, the Bengals will be threats for years to come.

Herbert is arguably the most talented and gifted of these quarterbacks. Although he hasn’t experienced the two successes of the other four quarterbacks, Herbert is still young and has plenty of time to capitulate his career and be among the top guys in the NFL.

Jackson is only 27 years old, and he’s already been named a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time AP MVP. He holds an incredible record of 58-19 as a starter in the NFL. He is a proven winner and has a 125: 45 touchdown: interception ratio.

And Allen. Allen is a two-time Pro Bowler, gifted with the football in his hands, and will finally seek to get the job done in 2024. Allen is as gifted and powerful as they come.
