FOX NFL Sunday is heading on the move for its Week 10 edition.
The Fox crew is heading to San Diego for an annual episode at a military base.
Fox NFL Sunday very rarely gets out of its studio in Los Angeles, but that is going to change next week.
The cast of the show will take in some sunshine in front of members of the US Armed Forces.
“Each and every year on Veteran’s Day weekend we have one of our favorite traditions,” Curt Menefee said.
“Taking our show on the road to a military installation to share just a little bit of fun.
“More importantly, honor the men and women of the armed forces past and present.”
Menefee revealed that the location of the special show would be in San Diego.
“This tradition has taken us all over the world on land and at sea,” Menefee continued.
“This year we’re heading just down the road from us. Next Sunday, we’ll have a special two-hour show live from Naval Base San Diego.
“San Diego is a city that even after they retire, 230,000 veterans still call it home.”
After Menefee explained the new location for the show, Jimmy Johnson shared his admiration for members of the military.
“As a former coach I like discipline and regimentation,” he said.
“Around these armed forces, they are so polite, so disciplined.
“It’s very impressive.”
Menefee shared some more fun facts for fans about the show’s trip to San Diego after Johnson spoke.
“A couple of cool things about it,” Menefee said.
