Lorenzo Patricio (Waianae, Hawaii) defeated Rishi Singh (India) by unanimous decision to reach the finals and will face Mohamed Al Manouchi (Germany) tomorrow. Emmanuel Chance (East Orange, New Jersey) won by unanimous decision over Pal Krrish (India) and will fight for gold on November 2 against Fuma Kumamoto (Japan) after a two-day rest.
Joseph Awinongya Jnr (Joliet, Illinois) overpowered Mustapha Abdou (Algeria), scoring an eight-count in the final round, and will meet Rahul Kundu (India) on November 1 in the fourth bout at 75kg. Elijah Lugo (Marietta, Georgia) secured a 3-2 split decision over Sofian Bizzit (Germany) after delivering an eight-count in the first round and will box Nikita Prohovskis (Latvia) in the sixth bout on Friday.
Rishon Sims (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) earned a unanimous decision over Noveki Tomokino (New Zealand) and will vie for gold against Hemant Sangwan (India) on Saturday.
Laila Zakirova (Staten Island, N.Y.) and Nevaeh Williams (Cleveland, Ohio) secured bronze medals after their semi-final losses.
