The CBS News Confirmed team is checking the validity of every claim made by Tim Walz and JD Vance at the face-off on Tuesday night.

Trump shared his disgust with the anchors on Truth Social after the fact-checking was announced.

“Both young ladies have been extremely biased Anchors!” Trump wrote.

Early in the debate, Walz and Vance had a heated exchange about immigration after Vance said Kamala Harris “became the appointed border czar.”

Vance was fact-checked as Harris didn’t oversee immigration policy at the US and Mexico border.

The candidates then got into a tense argument about an immigration parole program that allowed Haitian immigrants into the country illegally.

As Brennan and O’Donnell attempted to move on to the next question, Vance continued to speak about the issue as Walz interjected – causing both of the men to have their mics cut.

Before the debate, CBS News said that the moderators “reserved the right” to mute the microphones – but it didn’t stop Trump from being furious about Vance being silenced.

“Margaret Brennan just lied again about the ILLEGAL MIGRANTS let into our Country by Lyin’ Kamala Harris, and then she cut off JD’s mic to stop him from correcting her!” Trump fumed.
