Del Taco is offering a new burrito and beverage that rivals one of Chipotle’s popular products.

Del Taco launched a chipotle carne asada steak burrito.
The menu item is described as freshly grilled carne asada steak, slow-cooked beans, cilantro lime rice, chipotle sauce and sour cream wrapped in a warm oversized flour tortilla and then grilled.
The new burrito may sound familiar because carne asada was once on Chipotle’s menu for a limited-time.
Del Taco customers can get the new burrito for $5.99.

They also have the option to buy it as a meal that includes the burrito, french fries and a fountain beverage.

DIRTY DEL
The carne asada burrito isn’t the only new menu item.
The fast food chain introduced a new beverage called the Dirty Del.
It features Dr. Pepper topped with vanilla shake mix and a slice of lime.
Del Taco has locations in 17 states.
COMING ATTRACTIONS
Starbucks has confirmed the date for its new winter menu.
An Instagram influencer, Markie Devo, leaked information surrounding the new menu drop. The U.S. Sun confirmed the menu will drop on January 2, 2025.
Devo said customers can expect to see a new cortado latte and a formula change with the matcha powder.
He also added there will be a new technique to making iced matcha.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s confirms that it will be offering a new “McValue” menu.
Starting on January 7, 2025, McDonald’s customers can get a $5 meal deal with a choice of a McChicken or McDouble burger, four-piece McNuggets, medium fries, and a medium drink.
Then, there will be a buy one, get one for $1 option.
Breakfast choices include sausage McMuffin, sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich, sausage burrito, hash browns.
Lunch and dinner options include the McChicken, McDouble, small fries, and six-piece chicken nuggests.
Keep in mind for all deals, prices and availability will vary by location.
