Cowboys fans were left stunned last weekend after a bust-up between CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott.

The pair clashed during their win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, with NBC analyst Cris Collinsworth admitting “it doesn’t look good”.

Head coach Mike McCarthy and his staff are now dealing with another angry star on their roster.

According to Sport DFW, running back Ezekiel Elliott revealed this week he has spoken to the coaching staff about his role in the team.

The 29-year-old “remains dumbfounded” by his lack of reps in the red zone after seeing his snaps decrease week by week.

Elliott returned to the Cowboys on a one-year deal in May after a season with the New England Patriots.

However, he has made only made 30 carries for just 98 rushing yards so far this season.

The former Ohio State standout was drafted fourth overall by the Cowboys in the 2016 draft.

He went on to spend seven seasons in Texas before his stint in New England last year.

It has so far been an underwhelming return to the AT&T Stadium for Elliott, though.
