BARRON Trump has officially begun his studies at New York University and even though the former president’s child has his own security detail – students say he’s just like anyone else.
After months of speculation on where Barron would attend, Donald Trump announced that his son would attend NYU’s Stern School of Business.
The U.S. Sun spoke exclusively with Barron’s classmates at Stern, who revealed that his attendance hasn’t changed the atmosphere.
Barron has Secret Service members attend class with him and commute from Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan to the campus.
Fellow freshmen at Stern, Rohan, 18, and Aaruush, 18, have seen Barron in their classes and said the Secret Service even let them shake his hand.
“The Secret Service – they give him a little bit of a space and breathing room,” Rohan revealed.

“Obviously he’s very known. Not even just from his status. Also just physically, you can tell [who he is] he’s clearly really tall,” Aaruush added.
Stern was briefly occupied by anti-war protestors last semester, resulting in additional security on campus.
The building now has a wall in front of the entrance, and security guards monitor who passes through.
It’s unclear if the security was kept in the fall due to Barron’s attendance at the school.
He was pictured on his first day of school on September 4 with his mother, Melania.
Barron is the only son Trump shares with his current wife.
They were seen with a large Secret Service detail on their way to the dean’s office before Barron’s first class.
Trump revealed his son’s decision to attend NYU in an interview with the Daily Mail, adding that Barron was accepted to “multiple colleges.”
“He’s a very smart guy, and he’ll be going to Stern, the business school, which is a great school at NYU,” Trump said.
“He’s a very high aptitude child, but he’s no longer a child. He’s just passed into something beyond child-dom. He’s doing great,” the former president added.
Trump said Barron was also accepted to his alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Business, but he ended up deciding to stay close to where he grew up in Manhattan.
Ivanka Trump, Tiffany Trump, and Donald Trump Jr. followed in their father’s footsteps and graduated from UPenn.

‘NOT TOO SURPRISED’
NYU students said they weren’t shocked by Barron’s decision to attend Stern.
Freshmen Zarek, 18, and Dilan, 18 said that NYU was a “great school” and Barron “deserved to be there.”
“I’m not too surprised because he grew up here. And so I think he wanted to stay in Manhattan,” Aaruush said.
They added having the Secret Service on campus wasn’t distracting their studies.
Sloan, 20, told The U.S. Sun that he hadn’t even seen the Secret Service yet on campus.
“I hadn’t heard until I found out he was here. I wasn’t following the announcement made prior about a New York school,” Sloan said.
“It wasn’t something I really followed or cared too closely about.”
‘AS NORMAL AS POSSIBLE’
NYU students also said that Barron has integrated into their classes at Stern.
Aaruush said that Barron doesn’t use his status as a former president’s son to enhance his status on campus.
“He doesn’t like to use that privilege and use that, I guess, prestige to influence other people,” he said.
Aaruush added that Barron is a physical presence on campus due to his height but other than that, he doesn’t draw much attention to himself.
“You know he’s he’s trying to be as normal as possible,” Aaruush said.
Gianna, 19, said that the climate on campus was “the exact same” since Barron arrived.
“Life moves on, no one actually cares. He’s just a kid,” she added.
“Yeah, there’s a lot of wealthy kids in really good positions in life but, like, no one cares, you know?”
