COMEDIAN Nikki Glaser made an appearance on Thursday Night Football, but her jokes fell flat among fans.
The comedian and podcast host featured on the postgame segment of Thursday Night Football, but didn’t get the reviews she was likely looking for.
Glaser was one of the stars of Tom Brady’s Netflix roast, getting rave reviews for her jokes during that appearance.
However, her most recent venture into sports had some fans switching the TV off as she went through the routine.
Some of her jokes included jabs at New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers and former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
“The Jets have a new quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, or as I like to call him, ‘Throw Rogan,'” Glaser said, referencing podcast host Joe Rogan.
“It’s ironic that he goes to silent retreats because he can’t stop talking about it,” she also added.
Glaser also joked about Rodgers’ sideline flare up with head coach Robert Saleh.
“I think Saleh just reminded him [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.] dropped out of the race,” she said.
Rodgers was previously a candidate to be Kennedy’s vice president pick before he dropped out of the race.
Glaser moved on to Belichick after joking about Rodgers and mostly took aim at his relationship with Jordon Hudson.
She said Belichick wasn’t at the game because “he was too busy watching Blippi with his girlfriend.”
Glaser even took shots at the Thursday Night Football cast, joking about Charissa Thompson’s looks.
“I just have to say it’s so nice to finally meet the photo I show my plastic surgeon,” she said.
“But seriously, you were pretty intimidating, you look like the final boss at a country club.”
Fans had mixed opinions on the comedy routine and shared them on social media after the show.

“This might be the worst thing the NFL has ever allowed on one of their broadcasts,” one fan said.
“Yuck! Jokes aren’t landing,” another fan said.
“Nikki is really funny, but this feels so forced. Does a panel for a post-game really need this?” a third fan said.
“This is great for non-football fans, but including this segment in the after-show of a fairly uninteresting game feels like a stretch,” a fourth fan said.
“This was pretty good. Y’all need to get a sense of humor,” a fifth fan said.
