JESSICA ENNIS-HILL was spotted hiding her fan with viewers saying the BBC studio lights were “burning” the Olympics pundit.
The former heptathlete looked like she was struggling with the heat in Friday night’s athletics coverage.
As the camera quickly pointed back into the studio after the women’s long jump eagle-eyed fans noticed something Ennis-Hill was trying to hide.
The London 2012 gold medalist was spotted aiming a small fan at her.
The fans on social media were quick to spot this sly move.
One tweeted: “The studio lights burning Jessica Ennis up lmao.”
Another added: “Jessica Ennis with the most obvious attempt at slyly hiding her fan as they cut back to the studio.”
And Ennis was not the only one caught on the sly.
Fellow pundit and four-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Johnson was caught eating live on air as cameras panned back to the studio.
As Ennis-Hill was chilling out Johnson enjoyed a bite to eat.

Fans have shown the four-time Olympic champion a lot of love, with some describing him as a “legend”.
One viewer said of the American: “Michael Johnson is a sporting and broadcasting legend.”
