SISTER Wives star Janelle Brown has finally found a buyer for her late son Garrison’s Arizona home she has struggled to sell.
Janelle and Kody’s son Garrison, whose first name is Robert, died of suicide on March 4, 2024 at just 25 years old.
Garrison’s four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was listed for sale on September 13, 2024 for $425,000.
After two price cuts, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal a buyer has been found for the home.
The house is listed as “under contract” as of November 26, 2024 for $389,900.
The first price cut took place on October 3, as the price of the house was dropped to $399,900.

With still no takers, the home price was slashed again on November 11 to $389,900, the amount the home appears to have been sold for, according to real estate websites.
Garrison purchased the 1,441-square-foot home in December 2021 for $329,000.
“The home has fresh paint, vinyl floors and air conditioning,” the real estate listing reads.
“On the main level you will find a living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, pantry, laundry/washer dryer and an office/den with a 3/4 bath.
“Upstairs has four bedrooms, each with vaulted ceilings. A full bath is also located upstairs. The home has a small fenced-in courtyard and a small fenced backyard as well.”
The house has been featured on episodes of TLC’s Sister Wives.
Under Arizona’s intestate succession law, a property is given to the deceased’s parents if he or she has no spouse or children.
TRAGIC LOSS
Kody and Janelle’s son died of suicide and passed away from a gunshot wound.
The suicide took place in the bedroom of his home.
Garrison’s body was found by his brother Gabe on the morning of March 5.
In the police report obtained by The U.S. Sun, Gabe told authorities his older brother “had been struggling with mental health concerns and alcohol abuse.”
Janelle told authorities Garrison “stopped texting” the night before his suicide and sent “troubling messages.”
Janelle told authorities she “should have gotten Garrison help in the past.”
ESTRANGEMENT FROM KODY
She also noted that he was estranged from his father, Kody.
Garrison and Kody, who is a father of 18, had a tumultuous relationship for years.
As featured on Sister Wives, Kody and Garrison had a falling out because he refused to follow his dad’s strict covid rules.
They also argued over Kody living full-time with his fourth wife Robyn and their five children, as he rarely saw his three wives Meri, Christine and Janelle, and his kids with them.
REMEMBERING GARRISON
Kody wrote on his Instagram at the time of his passing, “Janelle and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown.
“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. Our loss will leave such a big hole in our lives, that it takes our breath away.”
A private funeral was held on March 9.
On March 24, the family gathered at the Clark County Armory in Las Vegas, Nevada, to honor the former Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
Last week, Janelle posted a photo of her son with two of her grandchildren.
“First of the ‘big’ holidays without you sweetheart,” Janelle wrote. “We all gathered in NC to celebrate together and kept your photo close by. We laughed about your silly sense of humor and told so many stories honoring you.
“We ate, played games and enjoyed each other’s company. Everyone is returning home now and normal life resumes tomorrow. But I feel you close by.”
Apart from Garrison, Janelle shares Logan, Maddie, Hunter, Gabe, and Savanah with Kody.
Who are Kody Brown’s wives and children?
