The Manitowoc Police Department received a missing persons report for 43-year-old Jason R. Neumann on Tuesday.
Investigators discovered Neumann’s 2019 Toyota 4Runner partially submerged in shallow water along the Lake Michigan shoreline near the Village of Cleveland, according to a press release. The car was in drive.

Neumann is described as 5’8″ tall, 220 pounds, with blondish hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of the Army Airborne symbol on one of his upper arms.
