The Gold Coast Suns are in for a fresh look in 2025, with the club unveiling redesigned jumper and clash strip.
The yellow panels and blue trim on the side of the club’s main red jumper are now a thing of the past, and the logo has been totally remodelled.
The old G.C. logo on the front has been erased from history and replaced with a modern take (or maybe not).

As with any change in the AFL, the jury is out, with some fickle fans suggesting the new jumpers look more like training strips.
Fans immediately took objection to the away strip while others thought the new logo looked very familiar.
In fact, not long after the jumper was made public, fans surfaced a logo that was used by a 1986 software company called Epoch Systems Inc.
That company used an ‘e’ for its logo, with the bottom half of the letter segmented and identical to the Suns’ new logo.
“Could be a copyright infringement headed Gold Coasts way. How embarrassing,” one fan suggested while sharing Epoch’s old logo.
