CUSTOMERS haven’t been able to use their Starbucks app for DAYS after an outage left thousands in the dark.
Reports of the mobile ordering app going down rained in on Friday morning right after seasonal holiday drinks were released.
According to Downdetector, around 2,500 reported that the Starbucks app was bugging at about 7:30 am ET.
The drama started on Thursday, after the coffee giant started serving highly anticipated holiday favorites like the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brûlée Latte, and Gingerbread Oat milk Chai.
Several customers noticed a glitch that blocked the app from showing them the nearest Starbucks locations, so they couldn’t order.
“Can’t select a store to order at, menu isn’t there,” one enraged coffee fan said.
“What a mess.”
Another said, “I want to see what new holiday drinks they have but I can’t because I can’t select a location.”
