Nobody Wants This may have only just landed on Netflix, but after having already proven a hit with fans, we can’t help but wonder: is Nobody Wants This season 2 on the cards?
The new series sees OC fave Adam Brody and the inimitable Kristen Bell taking on the roles of Rabbi Noah and agnostic sex podcaster Joanne as the two fall in love, with the show delving into all the complications that come with a cross-faith relationship.
Based on Brody’s OC co-star Erin Foster’s own love story, the series is a quintessential rom-com in the best way, with it making for the perfect watch to ease us into autumn sofa season.
So will we be getting a Nobody Wants This season 2? Here’s what we know so far.
Will there be a season 2 of Nobody Wants This?
Nobody Wants This only arrived on Netflix on September 26, so we’ll be the first to admit that we’re getting a little bit ahead of ourselves. But can you blame us given how good the first season was?
Typically (and unsurprisingly) Netflix waits to see how a new series performs before renewing it, with the earliest we’d expect to hear on this being around two weeks to a month. In the words of Stormi Webster, “Patience, patience”.
Nobody Wants This season 2 release date
Given that Netflix is yet to renew the show for a second series, we don’t have a Nobody Wants This season 2 release date at this point for you.
However, as the new show has swiftly made its way into the top TV series this week, we remain hopeful that we’ll be getting confirmation of a renewal, and in turn a release date in due course.
