However, I love these and will, if my original set ever bites the dust, buy them again. However, I’ve used them every day for the last several months and other than stains from my makeup, they show no sign of slowing down.
Now it’s true they grow when wet, as all sponges do. However, they’re marvelous for putting on makeup. But what I love best is how easy they are to clean. When a sponge gets too full of makeup, oil, etc., I just toss it in the washing machine with my laundry. Yes! Really! I don’t put them in the dryer, but let them air dry and they’re showing NO ill effects. It’s funny to see how big they are when full of water, and how nicely they shrink back to normal size.
