Be careful and read the instructions! This thing gets suuuper hot (up to 800 degrees!), and you don’t wanna pile ingredients up too high, or they’ll burn on the little electric lamps. And be sure to continuously check on it! I have this and have used it three times, and I’ve burned my pizza every time because I only checked on it every three minutes. It’s tasty burnt, so I know it’s gonna SLAP when I don’t have to eat around the charred areas. Gonna keep trying until I get it right because pizza is my fave food.

To avoid the mistake I made, make sure your toppings are not near the edge. This is a lot different than using a standard oven. I put the toppings too close, and my house looked like a smokehouse. Overall, it lives up to the hype. Once preheated, it cooked a homemade pizza in six minutes and was perfect! I love the temp gauge on the front, as well as the separate controls for the bottom and top coil. Allows you to control the cook speed on each side. Love the wooden slats to grab the pizza. And the bonus scraper makes removing the residue from the stone a breeze. A bonus feature I discovered was the suction-cup grips on the bottom, which I assume are to hold the unit in place to avoid accidentally bumping and moving it.
